The Financial and Economic Crisis in Ukraine and Some of the Ways to Overcome (p. 18 - 24)

In the article the author comprehends the lessons of the crisis persisting in his idea that the basic lesson is the total collapse of neoliberal model of development of market economy which advocated its self-regulation with reduction of state interference. It has been shown that the established monopoly position of the USA in regulation of world monetary system has passed to many other spheres. It has caused an enormous damage to all countries of the world, and should be immediately eliminated. Some directions of overcoming the crisis of the economy of Ukraine have been substantiated.

Special Features of Tourist Clusters as Synthetic Formations (p. 24 - 30)

The approaches to the definition of the concept "cluster" and "tourist cluster" have been considered, the author's vision of the definition of "tourist cluster” has been given. A scheme for the formation of the tourist cluster has been suggested, the peculiarities of a tourist product (service) influencing the formation of tourist cluster have been analyzed.

Designing of the System of Strategic Accounting of Industrial Enterprise (p. 36 - 46)

The problems of formation of accounting and analytical support of the system of strategic management of enterprises and their associations have been considered. The directions of the use of tools of basic theories and conceptions of management in the profile of elements of the method of accounting have been defined and directions of solution of existing discrepancies between possibilities of accounting as to the formation of information support for the system of management and requirements of this system have been suggested.

The specific character of application of taxation of the basic tools of tax stimulation of small business development in world practice has been considered in the article. The comparative analysis of the use of alternative tax systems has been given. The article considers the real estate tax. The bills submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration and adoption have been analysed. Estimation of Sensitivity of Investment Projects to the Change of Environmental Factors (p. 72 - 75)

The methods of estimation of risks of investment projects have been considered and analyzed in the article. The authors suggested determining the coefficient of sensitivity for quantitative estimation of the degree of influence of either variable on indicators of effectiveness of investment project. The suggested coefficient also allows comparing the degrees of influence of various variables.
