International Tax Competition on the Contemporary Period of the World Economy’s Development (p. 3 - 9)
The article under review is devoted to the peculiarities in the international tax competition process in the modern world economy. Changes in the national tax systems of the main participants of the international tax competition under pressure of the global crisis of 2008 – 2011 as well as a convergence of basic principles of national tax policies during the crisis and for postcrisis perspectives are considered. Besides the general situation in the sphere of international tax competition in developed countries on the boundary of XX – XXI centuries as well as during the current global crisis, the author characterizes the competitive tax advantages of the Russian Federation. The main conclusion made by the author – a necessity for tax increasing in the post-crisis world as well as the change of leaders in the international tax competition during the 2010s.

The comparison of science and technique priorities in Ukraine and national academy of science of Ukraine were carried out. The correlation of global human problems and science and technique priorities for nanotechnologies in the USA, Japan, Germany, EU, Russia and Ukraine, and priority subjects of nanoinvestigations in the USA and Ukraine, the prognosis of critical nanotechnologies in the USA and Japan and the prognosis of perspective for Ukraine critical nanotechnologies were considered.

Analysis of the Influence of Individual Factors on the Growth Regions of Ukraine (p. 39 - 43)
The article investigates the influence of individual factors particular scientific and technological activities on the economic growth of regions of Ukraine. Analyzed their dynamics in quantitative and value terms. On the basis of cluster analysis identified regions of the leaders, implemented changes to the forecast of the gross regional product using the dynamic model.

Forecasting of Social and Economic Development of the Regions with the Help of the Models of Complex Valued Economics (p. 83 - 90)
The article considers the possibility of the use of complex valued index, which includes both material and imaginary parts, as an indicator of the level of region’s development. The material part of this index characterizes the income level of the region’s population and thereby is the generalizing index of its economic development level. We can judge about the correlation of social and economic components of regional development on the basis of complex valued index polar angle change analysis. The forecasting of the index gives the possibility of defining the tendencies and character of the regional development dynamics.
