Global modification of factors of export-oriented chemical industry enterprises development (p. 3 - 7)

This article deals with process of factors transformation, that determine the export-oriented enterprises development strategy. The influence of global financial and commodity markets trends on the strategy of chemical sector enterprises is determined. The role of ecological factors in the process of strategic plans implementation by the leading participants of the world mineral fertilizers market is defined.

Self-employement and Informal Labor Market in Russia (p. 8 - 14)

The article deals with self-employment in Russia and its link with the informal labor market. The authors identified the main reasons for the low level of self-employment in Russia: the imperfect statistics, the high costs of the legal activities, the shadow self-employment. Special attention is paid to the development of self-employment in e-business and the informal employment in this field.

Sociality of the result of economic actors operation (p. 25 - 29)

The modern concept of the essence of "sociality" as the process and outcome of heterogeneous object-relations, directed to reduce unacceptable asymmetry in income subjects of the production process, is substantiated. The diagnostics of formation and changes of sociality in the national economic space in general and in the context of economic units of the industrialized region, based on reporting and data obtained by the author, are made. The arguments as for the introduction of regulation of sociality are given and tools for regulations are offered.

The theoretical definition of innovation output function and its interpretetion (p. 30 - 35)

The article is based on preliminary analyzes the current state of clustering in the Russian Federation and Ukraine. The artical reasoning the necessity of developing an overall investment model taking into account the specifics of the formation of economic communications channels based on technological compatibility of business processes in cluster systems. In article gives the model of investment the projects of the creating international cluster in scientific-technological cooperation, considering the differences of the forming and distribution investment resources of economy of Ukraine and Russian Federation. Described the theoretical bases of the forming canals of communicative innovation clusters, and are structured by the technological identities of the economical environment in the clusters systems. On the Based of grounded of the theoretical-methodological of the approaches in the article proposed model of project investment of the realization cluster initiatives in the field of scientific and technological cooperation.

Local budgets tax expenditures’s role in formation of tax capacity (p. 36 - 46)

The article deals with the concept of tax expenditures (which are defined as tax revenues which not received in the budget system as a result of tax credits and exemptions set out at tax laws) describes their characteristics, an algorithm for the identification and evaluation. Based on the data of the Irkutsk Region (Russia) analyzes the value of the structure and dynamics of the tax expenditures of local budgets in 2006-2011. Describes the mechanism of the effect of tax expenditures on the tax capacity of the local budgets. The problems of the implementation of this mechanism in the practice of providing tax relief on taxes to the local budget.

The development of domestic long-term loans market in spectrum of mechanisms intensifying the innovational growth of Ukrainian economy (p. 47 - 51)

The main tendencies in development of the international syndicated loans market are defined in the article. The author studies the practice of syndicated crediting in CIS and in Ukraine as innovative long-term financing mechanism that helps to diversify portfolio, minimize risks and to keep stable relationship with trustworthy clients. The evaluation of the level of knowledge economy development in the regions of Ukraine (p. 81 - 90)

The article deals with the methodical approach to evaluation the level of knowledge economy development. It’s based on a three-level structure of the complex index, wich is consisting of components: an innovative component, an educational component and the component of ICT. This approach is also based on calculation of integral parameters by entropy method. It’s aims to grouping regions according to the level of the knowledge economy components. The results indicate a significant regional differentiation in Ukraine, which is due to their different levels of socio-economic development and deepening of inter-regional disparities and the concentration of innovation, information and education activity in the more developed regions.

In the article the features of formation of the logistics system for light manufacturing. The relationship between the labor potential of the company and staff competencies (p. 108 - 114)

The reproductive cycle of labor potential, which consists of a phase of formation, distribution and using, is studied in this article. The stages that characterize phase of the labor potential formation at the enterprise are defined. The features of the labor mentality of workers are overviewed. The staff competencies are characterized and it is suggested to split them into six groups: planning, organization, motivation, control, behavioral and business ones.

Marketing researches of price risks of industrial enterprise (p. 141 - 146)

The methods of authentication of marketing price risks that are based on determination of price elasticity of demand and price sensitiveness of consumers are considered in the article. It is offered to for an estimation price elasticity of demand to apply the methods of analysis of dynamics of sales, analysis of these panel researches, market tests, expert questioning. For the estimation of price sensitiveness of consumers to use methods that are base on two methodical approaches : monadic and comparative. Reasonably, that the use of these methods industrial enterprises will assist the increase of management efficiency price risks and the same are their minimizations or avoidances.

The features of studying and formation of domestic enterprises’ competitive advantages (p. 147 - 150)

The role of competitive advantages in providing enterprise competitiveness is shown. Their content is considered. The requirements to competitive advantages are proposed. The content of notion “sustained competitive advantages” is considered. The expediency of studying of domestic enterprises’ competitive advantages based on real conditions of their activity is shown. The existing domestic enterprises’ competitive advantages and causes of their gradual reduction are analyzed. The attention is paid to the processes in the enterprise activities that are not oriented directly on the consumer’s needs, but make the basis for enterprise competitive advantages formation.

Improvement of approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovation (p. 192 - 195)

The paper proposes an improved system of methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovation. The approaches proposed by the author involve the use of a sufficient number of indicators that comprehensively demonstrate the effectiveness of the implementation of an innovation and its economic impact on the company. They also involve the application of the discount rate in calculations, the account of the impact of inflation and the risk to the effectiveness of innovation, the calculation of indicators of financial condition of the company.
