Abstract:
Digitalization is radically changing approaches to crisis management. The use of big data, artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain technologies, and automation allows organizations and entrepreneurial ecosystems to respond more quickly to challenges, manage risks more effectively, and minimize the consequences of crises. In the current conditions of global instability, caused, in particular, by economic crises, pandemics, and geopolitical conflicts, digital technologies are becoming not only a tool for optimization but also a means of survival for market entities. The introduction of digital solutions transforms business models, allowing entrepreneurial ecosystems to remain competitive. Therefore, the study of the scientific problem regarding the implementation of strategic changes in the field of digitalization and crisis management for the development of a competitive ecosystem is a relevant task for scientists and practitioners in today’s conditions. The aim of the article is to summarize and substantiate the key strategic changes in the field of digitalization and crisis management for the development of a competitive ecosystem. The article examines contemporary challenges and risks affecting digitalization strategies in crisis conditions, determines the impact of digital technologies on crisis management in enterprises and economic systems, identifies key strategic changes in the field of digital transformation, and substantiates the role of digital ecosystems in shaping competitiveness. The research objective was achieved with use of a system of methods. In particular, the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction were used to determine the essence and characteristics of the object and subject of the research. The methods of scientific abstraction, logical analysis, and comparison made it possible to define the causes, factors, and consequences of the impact on the object and subject of the research. The comprehensive and systematic approaches ensured a thorough evaluation of the studied processes. Further scientific surveys may focus on in-depth theoretical analysis, the development of new methods, practical applications, and the integration of interdisciplinary approaches.
