Abstract:
The article determines that the current period of global economic development is characterized by rapid technological, economic, and social transformations, which require the adaptation of enterprise management systems to new conditions. The views of contemporary scientists on the essence of the concept of «management system» have been considered. It is substantiated that an important component of adapting enterprise management systems to new conditions is the implementation of innovative trends into the management system. It is shown that the mentioned trends encompass the use of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and digitalization, which contribute to the enhancement of management process efficiency and the adaptability of enterprises to a changing environment. Based on the analysis of scientific publications, it has been concluded that innovations, particularly in the fields of automation, agile management methodologies, and digital platforms, are the foundation for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. It is proved that the application of tools such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and BI systems allows for the integration of all business processes into a single information platform, ensuring a high level of managerial efficiency. It is emphasized that innovative approaches contribute to the development of corporate culture, cost optimization, and risk reduction. The main innovative trends of the modern management system have been identified, and a schematic assessment of their impact on the efficiency of enterprises has been conducted. A classification of factors formed under the influence of innovative trends is provided. The impact of technological, organizational, social, and environmental factors on the strategic sustainability of enterprises has been studied. It is found that the integration of innovative technologies allows enterprises to quickly respond to changes, optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
