Abstract: The relevance of the research is determined by the necessity for scientific substantiation and practical implementation of mechanisms for integrating crisis management with sustainable development strategies. The formation of an effective management triad becomes a guarantee not only for preserving the viability of enterprises during a crisis period but also for creating the foundations for their sustainable growth in the post-crisis perspective. The aim of the article is to develop a conceptual model of the triad of the paradigm of ensuring crisis management for the sustainable development of enterprises, which integrates strategic, tactical, and operational levels of management decisions and allows for increasing the effectiveness of crisis measures in conjunction with long-term development goals. The paradigm of the management triad is substantiated, integrating the strategic, tactical, and operational levels of crisis management into a single coherent system. This structure enables systematic management of the enterprise in the context of changes in the external environment and fosters sustainable development even amid high levels of uncertainty and risks. At the strategic level, long-term goals for sustainable development are established, crisis policies are formed, event development scenarios are created, and mechanisms for adaptation to megatrends are developed. The tactical level focuses on adapting internal resources, crafting managerial decisions, synchronizing changes, and coordinating interactions among the enterprise’s subsystems. The operational level includes the implementation of crisis measures in real-time, ensuring operational control, reporting, and supporting critical business processes. An applied model of the triad, tailored to the specifics of the enterprise’s operations, is proposed, which is based on a combination of scenario planning, digital monitoring tools, effective evaluation, and automated feedback mechanisms. This allows for the implementation of the triad not only as a conception but as a practical management mechanism in the context of constant dynamics of change. A system for comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the triad’s implementation has been developed, which takes into account financial, operational, organizational, and strategic indicators of sustainability. The focus is on integral coefficients of responsiveness, adaptability, and long-term growth. It is proved that the proposed triad helps avoid the fragmentation of management processes, minimizes duplication of functions, and losses of management integrity. It creates a strategically managed and technologically flexible system capable of effectively functioning in conditions of crisis and uncertainty.
