Abstract:
The aim of the article is to closer define the theoretical foundations and develop methodological approaches for integrating social security into the corporate security management system under wartime conditions in order to enhance the resilience of enterprises to social threats and risks. An analysis of literary sources has allowed for closer defining the essence of the concept of «social security» based on the principles of multi-level and systemic, process-oriented, protective, and targeted approaches. A list of components of the multi-level social security system has been systematized, and the nature of their interconnections with the corporate security of the enterprise has been examined. Components of social security have been identified at various levels: for the individual employee (individual level), for the enterprise (micro-level), for the industry and region (meso-level), for the State (macro-level), and for global social security (mega-level). The role, purpose, tasks, and functions of integrating social security into the corporate security management system of the enterprise have been substantiated. A systematic list of threats to the enterprise’s social security has been proposed, distinguishing between internal and external threats. Among the internal threats to social security, the following have been identified: threats of socioeconomic, socio-psychological, socio-labor, managerial, and informational nature. In the category of external threats to social security, it is proposed to categorize extraordinary threats caused by wartime challenges, extraordinary threats, and reputational threats. Successful practices of Ukrainian businesses in countering social threats have been analyzed. The aim, principles, and stages of developing a mechanism for integrating social security into the corporate security management system of the enterprise have been substantiated. The mechanism for enhancing the integration of social security into the corporate security management system of the enterprise has been improved through its block structure (target block, blocks of analytical, functional, organizational support, block of internal control, and feedback) and substantiation for each block of tools among organizational-management, economic, analytical, communication-psychological, and institutional tools for integration.
