Abstract:
The article examines the features of managing the resilience of retail enterprise supply chains through digitalization. The author substantiates the distinction between digital technologies and digital tools in managing supply chain resilience. A system of digital technologies for managing the resilience of retail enterprise supply chains is presented, based on digital monitoring of the efficiency of internal business processes (cloud computing, blockchain technologies, business analytics and planning software), taking into account reliable operation and the alignment of stakeholder interests. A model for digitalizing the management of supply chain resilience in trading enterprises has been developed, encompassing a system of interconnected elements: the aim (ensuring supply chain resilience through functional optimization of all links and business processes), objectives (qualitative and quantitative assessment of supply chain performance indicators; identification of bottlenecks and growth opportunities; modeling and forecasting development scenarios), functions (distribution, optimization, diagnostic, control), and directions for digitalizing supply chain resilience management (task setting, designing digital solutions, and implementing innovations; creating a unified digital infrastructure of integrated platforms for all supply chain links; managing supply chain resilience based on blockchain technologies, advancing the Internet of Things, and applying artificial intelligence in data processing; automation and optimization of supply chain business processes through the integration of software solutions; intelligent data processing and making strategic, well-balanced decisions).
