Abstract: The article explores the phenomenon of technological emergence as a key feature of modern technogenic development and its impact on the transformation of enterprise management. Emergence is manifested in the ability of technological systems to generate new properties, effects, and forms of interaction that cannot be reduced to a simple sum of individual components. The integration of digital, cognitive, biotechnological, and nanotechnological solutions creates technological synergy, fostering the development of innovative platforms, products, and business models. In this context, traditional management approaches focused on stability, forecasting, and control become inadequate, and enterprises are compelled to transition to management based on knowledge, intellectual capabilities, and the creative potential of human capital. Intellectual-innovative management constitutes an adequate response to the challenges of a turbulent technological environment. It combines analytical rationality with creative intuition, technological automation with human reflection, forming a system capable not only of responding to changes but also of anticipating them. The key resources of an enterprise are knowledge, information, intellect, and creativity, which supports the development of self-learning organizations and enhances their adaptive resilience. The article identifies methodological approaches that ensure the formation of a cognitively oriented and technologically integrated management system: cognitive, systemic, innovative, synergetic, and risk-oriented. These approaches enable the construction of models, the forecasting of synergy effects, the evaluation of technological development prospects, and the integration of innovations into the practical operations of the enterprise. The interaction of the intellectual, innovative, and emergent levels of management has been analyzed, forming a cyclical system: «Intellect – Innovation – Emergence – New Intellect». This cognitive-technological cycle ensures continuous knowledge renewal, the generation of innovative ideas, and the development of the enterprise’s adaptive resilience, fostering its sustainable development and competitiveness in conditions of constant technological turbulence.
Keywords: emergence, technologies, intellectual-innovative management, adaptive resilience, cognitive modeling, technological synergy, innovation platforms, knowledge management, digital technologies, strategic development, enterprise, self-organization.
