Abstract: The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the synergetics of industrial constructivism and risk-oriented management of business structure development in an unstable economic environment. It is substantiated that contemporary industrial enterprises operate under conditions of high turbulence, institutional uncertainty, technological transformations, and increasing environmental risk, which makes it necessary to move from traditional management models to adaptive and constructive-transformational development approaches. The essence of the synergetic approach is defined as a conception that allows viewing the enterprise as an open dynamic system capable of self-organization, adaptation, and accumulating new functional characteristics under the influence of external and internal changes. The study explores the essence of industrial constructivism as an approach focused on actively shaping a new production and management architecture for a company in response to changes in its operating environment. It is demonstrated that risk-oriented management integrates risks into the company’s strategic development system and allows risks to be seen not just as sources of threats but also as factors for structural modernization and organizational learning. Special attention is given to N. Taleb’s conception of antifragility, according to which instability and crisis processes can serve as a source for strengthening the system, developing new competencies, and gaining competitive advantages. The article also provides a comparative analysis of the antifragility model with conceptions of organizational resilience, dynamic capabilities, effectuation, and organizational learning. Based on this, a synergistic constructive-adaptive model of risk-oriented development for business structures in the context of industrial constructivism has been proposed. The essence of the model lies in combining industrial constructivism, risk-oriented management, and mechanisms for accumulating organizational experience into a single system for transformational enterprise development. Putting the model into practice involves developing digital infrastructure, integrated risk management, predictive analytics, network interaction models, and an adaptive managerial culture. The results obtained can be used as a conceptual basis for creating systems for the adaptive development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine under conditions of a wartime economy and long-term institutional instability.
