Abstract: The article explores the digital coherence of energy companies as a factor in ensuring a green transition amid turbulence, wartime risks, and increasing European integration requirements. It is substantiated that the digitalization of the energy sector creates prerequisites for enhancing resilience, transparency, and management efficiency, but its effectiveness depends on how well digital technologies align with the company’s strategic, organizational, and climate goals. The essence of digital coherence is revealed as a systemic characteristic that reflects the integration of digital tools, management processes, cybersecurity, ESG reporting, and decarbonization mechanisms. A comparative analysis of the digital coherence of DTEK Energo, NEC Ukrenergo, and NAEK Energoatom is conducted based on key dimensions of digital maturity. An authors’ method for express diagnostics of the digital maturity of energy companies has been proposed, based on open corporate and industry data, which allows assessing the level of digital integration on a scale of 0–100 points. It was determined that DTEK ENERGO shows the highest level of digital maturity thanks to the MODUS program, its own IT company Modus X, and the development of Smart Grid, BESS, and digital renewable energy sources. NEC Ukrenergo is characterized by a medium-high level of digital maturity, which is linked to integration with ENTSO-E, modernization of SCADA/EMS/WAMS, and strengthened cybersecurity. NAEC Energoatom is at a lower level of digital maturity since its digital initiatives are mostly related to technological modernization and nuclear safety, but have not yet been formulated into a comprehensive digital strategy. The conclusion was made that digital coherence is an important tool for increasing the efficiency of the green transition of energy companies and identifying strategic gaps in their digital-climate transformation.
