Abstract:
The aim of the article is to develop and justify a model for assessing readiness of an enterprise for strategic changes. By analyzing, synthesizing and summarizing the existing scientific works, approaches to assessing readiness of an enterprise for changes are investigated. There proved the timeliness of developing a model for assessing readiness of an enterprise for strategic changes, which includes the sequential implementation of the following stages: analyzing and generalizing the areas of assessing readiness of an enterprise for strategic changes; substantiating the totality of indicators and criteria corresponding to each area of assessing enterprise readiness for changes, choosing an appropriate methodological support; evaluating financial viability of strategic changes using the cost-benefit analysis; determining personnel readiness for strategic changes using the qualimetric methods; substantiating the type of organizational culture and defining technological support for the process of strategic change through expert evaluation; estimating the level of readiness of the enterprise for strategic changes using the fuzzy set method; generalizing the obtained results on the level of readiness of the enterprises under study for strategic changes and justifying the measures of a recommendatory nature. Prospects for further research in this direction are the use of the proposed model for assessing readiness for strategic changes at agricultural engineering enterprises, which will allow revealing negative destabilizing factors affecting the process of strategic changes.
