Abstract:
The aim of the article is to justify the methodological bases for the elaboration and implementation of effective communication strategies for interaction of agents of socio-economic development, taking into account the impact of digital transformations. In this context, the authors consider the specific features of modern Ukrainian society and the impact of digital transformations on the interaction of agents of socio-economic development, including the negative impact on the processes of communication in society, which significantly limits the possibility of social dialogue in society and, accordingly, requires response from authorities, public, business and the scientific community. It is determined that there is a need to improve the methodological bases of the formation of communication strategies for interaction of agents of socio-economic development. The study substantiates the main areas for improving the existing methodological approaches to the elaboration of communication systems of agents of socio-economic development, in particular, transition to the platform of socially responsible partnership as a socio-innovative system for organizing interaction of social actors combining the principles and mechanisms of social dialogue with those for ensuring social responsibility. The structural components of the information and communication environment are analyzed, with special emphasis made on social factors of communication, in particular – issues of trust, informedness and motivation for interaction. The key methodological bases for the development and implementation of a modern communication strategy in the context of digital transformations are identified.
