Abstract: The monograph is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of energy modeling for the development of the national economy, the development of theoretical, methodological, and conceptual foundations for forming an energy model of the national economy capable of ensuring the consistency of structural transformations in the economy and energy sectors of the country. The monograph presents the following results: an analysis of the consistency of economic and energy development in Ukraine; an assessment of the state and trends of the national power sector's development against the backdrop of global energy development challenges; and a substantiation of the theoretical and methodological provisions of the energy model for the country's economic development; defining directions and possible scenarios for structural transformations in the electric power sector aimed at ensuring the economic growth of the country; selecting a scenario for structural transformations in the national electric power sector based on a comparative analysis of the parameters of different energy model options; substantiating the conception of constructing an energy model for the country's economic development and practical recommendations for its implementation; and some others. Recommended for researchers, educators, candidates for academic degrees, students of economic and technical specialties, as well as specialists in the strategic development of the fuel and energy sector.
