Language: ukrainian Year of publication: 2024 Number of pages: 338 Abstract: The monograph examines the current status of the mechanism of the State-based management of economic activity in the field of heat supply in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. The current order of organization of heat supply of particular settlements is analyzed, the main directions of improvement of the procedure for substantiation of tariffs for heat energy and organization of auction trade in heat energy are determined. Principal models of regional markets for the operating district heating systems of different complexity have been developed. For these models, the main stages of building regional heat energy markets are proposed. Practical recommendations for the recovery and development of heat supply and consumption systems in the post-war period are provided. To create full-fledged regional markets, practical recommendations for improving the current legislation have been developed. The developed practical recommendations are considered on the example of the city of Kharkiv. The monograph can be useful for scientists and practitioners who concern themselves with the problems of organization and management of housing and communal services.
