Abstract: This monograph is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical-methodological and applied analysis of the problems of ensuring Ukraine’s national security during the wartime and post-war periods in the context of the transformation of the global security order. Based on an examination of the theoretical contributions of Ukrainian and foreign scholars, the study clarifies the content of the core security categories and systematises conceptual approaches to interpreting national and international security. The work outlines the key changes in the global security architecture and identifies the role of international organisations in shaping the strategic frameworks of security policy. Through comparative analysis, contemporary risks and threats are identified, and international methodologies for assessing the level of national security are reviewed. The monograph substantiates a methodological approach to assessing Ukraine’s national security in the post-war period. Particular attention is paid to the regulatory-legal, institutional, and organisational mechanisms of ensuring security, as well as to the development of practical recommendations for designing the Strategy of National Security of Ukraine for the post-war period, taking into account best global practices, emerging challenges, and the priorities of economic recovery.
The monograph is intended for researchers, experts in security studies, civil servants, analysts, government officials, professionals of the national security and defence sector, as well as for university lecturers, doctoral candidates, and graduate students.
