Abstract: The article explores the digitalization of the business environment as a key factor in the transformation of management paradigms from the perspective of social orientation in enterprises. The article argues that digital technologies at the current stage of economic development are not merely tools for automation or process optimization, but strategic drivers for the creation of a new type of management socially-oriented, transparent, inclusive, and ethical. The purpose of the article is to systematize the theoretical aspects of digitalization in the contemporary economic environment, enabling it to be viewed as a multifaceted process of implementing digital technologies across all areas of enterprise activity to enhance competitiveness, improve management efficiency, and create new opportunities for development. A critical analysis of the current state of digitalization of the entrepreneurial environment in Ukraine and abroad has been conducted, focusing on its social dimension. It was found that although digital solutions are actively implemented in marketing, finance, logistics, and human resource management, there is a lack of a systematic approach to using digital tools specifically in the context of corporate social responsibility, inclusive management, and building public trust in enterprises. It is emphasized that digitalization provides a foundation for developing a transparent and open management system that considers business impact on stakeholders, ensures access to information, monitors environmental and social indicators, and holds management accountable. The article also systematizes the challenges that arise when implementing digital technologies in socially-oriented management practices. These include digital inequality, risks of non-compliance with ethical standards during personal data processing, cybersecurity issues, lack of digital skills among staff, resistance to change in the corporate environment, and the absence of regulatory frameworks for digital-social governance. Proposed ways to address these challenges include adaptive management, digital learning and staff development programs, improving managers’ digital literacy, developing digital infrastructure, and promoting social dialogue in digital formats. The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for companies on integrating digital strategies into socially oriented management systems, specifically: implementing digital tools for monitoring social impacts, using online platforms to communicate with the public, introducing digital KPIs for social indicators, and digitally modeling enterprise development scenarios considering social risks. The obtained results can be applied in management practice, in the development of corporate social responsibility policies, digital transformations, as well as in scientific and educational activities for training specialists in innovation and social management. Prospects for further research are related to an in-depth analysis of the impact of digitalization on social inclusion, the development of ethical leadership, the resilience of enterprises in crisis conditions, and the creation of digital indicators to assess the social effectiveness of management.
