Abstract: The aim of the article is to substantiate and systematize the methodological aspects of transforming enterprise business processes based on franchising. It is substantiated that in conditions of increased competition, high variability of the external environment, and growing demands for management efficiency, franchising should be considered not only as a form of business expansion but also as a comprehensive mechanism for transforming the internal processes of an enterprise. It is proved that the specifics of franchising relationships necessitate a combination of standardization of business processes defined by the franchiser with their adaptation to the local operating conditions of the franchisee. The methodological aspects of transforming business processes based on franchising are substantiated as an integrated system of principles, methods, and tools for identifying, analyzing, reengineering, and evaluating process changes. A framework for structuring methodological approaches to managing business process transformation in franchise networks has been proposed, taking into account a multi-level management system and the need to ensure feedback among network participants. The instruments for evaluating the effectiveness of business process transformation have been presented, covering economic, process, and organizational-management aspects of enterprise operations and enabling the adjustment of methodological solutions dynamically. It has been determined that in conditions of heightened uncertainty, the adaptation of business process transformation gains particular importance, which entails flexible management decisions, consideration of transformation risks and behavioral factors, as well as the integration of digital management tools. It has been demonstrated that improving the methodological support for the transformation of business processes in enterprises based on franchising creates the prerequisites for enhancing the efficiency of franchise models, ensuring their sustainability, and establishing long-term competitive advantages.
