Abstract:
This article examines digital technologies as a key factor in forming a constructive business environment in large industrial enterprises. The relevance of the study is driven by increasing demands to improve management efficiency, adaptability, and resilience of industrial systems amidst digital economic transformation, global competition, and the need for rapid adaptation to technological changes. Special attention is given to analyzing how digitalization promotes the integration of managerial, informational, and innovation flows, creating an environment that supports prompt decision-making, transparency in business processes, and increased enterprise productivity. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate the role of digital technologies in building a constructive business environment and to identify ways for their effective integration into the strategic architecture of large industrial enterprises. To achieve this goal, systemic, process, and cognitive approaches were employed, providing a comprehensive analysis of digitalization as a socio-technical process and enabling the identification of key elements of managerial, informational, and innovative interactions, as well as potential risks and optimization opportunities. The study applied methods of content analysis, comparative analysis, structural-functional modeling, generalization, and synthesis of information from the practices of industrial enterprises. It was found that digital integration promotes increased productivity, improved quality of managerial decisions, resource optimization, and the development of new models of organizational interaction. The main areas of digital transformation in industrial enterprises were systematized, principles for creating a constructive digital environment were formulated, and its positive impact on the competitiveness and resilience of organizations in the long term was determined. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the development of the conception of a constructive business environment from the standpoint of digital management architecture, while the practical value is in the potential application of the obtained results for developing comprehensive strategies for the digital modernization of industrial enterprises. The scientific novelty of the work consists in allocating the structural components of a constructive business environment, describing the mechanisms of their interaction in the context of digitalization, and identifying the interconnections between managerial, informational, and innovation flows. Future research prospects include the creation of cognitive models for managing digital flows, evaluating the efficiency of implemented digital solutions, and developing methodologies for integrating the latest technologies into enterprises’ sustainable development strategies.
