Abstract: This article focuses on substantiating and developing an organizational and economic mechanism for managing enterprise adaptation in the digital economy. The theoretical foundations for forming such a mechanism are clarified, considering it as an integrated system of organizational, economic, and information-digital components, whose interaction ensures coordinated managerial responses to dynamic changes in the external and internal environment. It is substantiated that the efficiency of this mechanism is determined not by individual tools but by the logic of their combination and their ability to ensure the continuity of adaptation processes. The structure and components of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing enterprise adaptation are described, enabling the systematization of its key elements and defining their functional role in the digital environment. The focus is on the role of the information and digital component as a foundation for enhancing the soundness of management decisions, implementing feedback, and promptly adjusting adaptive measures. The proposed set of tools for implementing the mechanism creates practical conditions for the adoption of adaptive solutions aimed at improving the flexibility, efficiency, and competitiveness of enterprises. It is found that the comprehensive application of management, economic, and digital tools not only reduces the negative impact of external changes but also develops the internal potential for proactive adaptation. Therefore, the research results confirm that the organizational and economic mechanism for managing enterprise adaptation is a crucial part of the modern management system in the context of the digital economy. Its implementation contributes to increasing enterprises’ adaptive capacity, aligning management decisions, and providing a foundation for their sustainable development.
