Abstract: Today, Ukraine’s energy security is no longer just a matter of maintaining networks – it іs a fundamental condition for the survival of the State. In the face of constant global challenges and unprecedented threats to critical infrastructure, our society is forced to find new ways to build so-called «energy immunity». Traditional management methods, which relied on strict centralization, can no longer ensure the necessary speed of response. That is why the focus is shifting to developing flexible organizational and economic mechanisms that allow the system to remain resilient even in critical situations, and in the future, to improve and function even more effectively. It has been proved that in the current climate of challenges, energy immunity should be seen not just as protection for the capacities and critical infrastructure, but as an integrated system for managing data and expectations of all market participants. The work systematizes the key stages of the energy sector’s evolution and identifies the main drivers of its resilience: the implementation of intelligent management systems, big data analytics, and the development of flexible interaction channels between regions. We have proposed an original model of the energy immunity assurance system, which integrates technological, managerial, and economic levels. It is substantiated that the implementation of this model stimulates activity in the energy market due to the transparency of operations and the automation of interactions between supply chain participants. Moreover, we have identified specific performance indicators for such solutions: the speed of information exchange in critical situations, the clarity and transparency of financial settlements, as well as the quality of the automated service for end consumers. The practical value of the proposed approach lies in moving from fragmented measures to systematic management of energy resilience and coordination across all parts of the industry. We have also shown that building a comprehensive interaction ecosystem significantly optimizes operational costs, increases the investment attractiveness of the energy sector, ensures its resilience to global challenges, and strengthens relationships with our partners. Systemic integration of modern analytical tools and smart management systems is identified as a necessary condition for sustainable development and strengthening Ukraine’s energy immunity within international economic systems.
